Personally, I have a couple of friends that usually go diving to the Caribbean Sea, so I asked them for some info... You don´t need to take your own things, for example I did not have my own equipment, they gave me everything there... They take you in a boat to a calm part of the sea and there they explain a lot of things you need to do (how to breath, how to "talk" with your instructor, etc)... One of the things I most enjoyed was the variety of fishes, snails and corals you can sea there... It`s beautiful and indescribable. Ask me for any other question!

Florianapolis is one of the most beautiful cities of Brazil. A long white sand beach with the greatest worm and calm sea. And after swimming for hours I loved a feijoada (rice and black beans). I also went diving which was a geat experience as well. I totally recommend it!!!
