If you travel to Chihuahua, try going to the Cascada de Basaseachi, a beautiful waterfall with a nice trail leading to great views of the mountains.

the Canyon
A great region to travel to, with the Urique Canyon. We had a lovely time with my family and my children loved exploring the canyon.

try a resort
there are plenty of beaches, but my guess is they’re not very clean (at least not the ones I went to). I recommend staying at a resort for a couple of days (We chose La casa que canta) and then travel on your own, or the other way around. Nice coral formation called King’s Reef, which you might want to look into.
